I am qualified and experienced in dealing with the problems you may be facing from mild to severe. I have been working as a psychotherapist for over 15 years with a wide range of difficulties, my area of particular expertise being trauma. Let me help you.
I will work with you to achieve your goals and start your life moving on again. I work within a Cognitive Behavioural approach (CBT) and this way of working can help you to learn strategies and skills to resolve your problems now and manage any future bumps in the road. I also now offer Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
