Bereavement - losing a loved one is one of the most difficult experiences that we face, & the grief & pain can feel overwhelming & all-consuming.
Pre-bereavement - a form of therapy to assist individuals & families in preparing for the emotional impact of an anticipated loss. Focussing on helping people process their feelings & develop coping strategies.
