The loss of someone or something close to you can bring a mix of intense emotions -sadness, despair, anger, or even relief, many of which can be hard to put into words. You may find yourself feeling numb, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to make sense of everything.
I offer a confidential space for you to talk openly about your grief.
I currently offer counselling on Mondays face to face in Uxbridge, Online and Telephone 10am-7pm.
£50 for a 50 minute session.
