My way of working is relational / embodied / psychodynamic, based on an understanding that past experiences and unconscious thought processes impact on our present day thoughts, feelings and ways of relating to others. EMDR & embodied release unlocks traumatic events & memories to bring relief alongside psychotherapy offering a dynamic therapeutic framework.
I offer a confidential, safe space where you can take the time you need to share, explore and reflect on emotional, mental and behavioural problems which you may be finding troubling or difficult to work through alone. My experience spans working with adults and children from many diverse cultural backgrounds, including 15 years spent in South Africa
