Through dialogue and exploration, I can support you to find new ways of thinking, feeling, and understanding yourself, which will enable you to manage the challenges you face.
I have experience working with people who have been oppressed because of difference and diversity. I also have experience of working with people who have suffered loss, trauma (including historic trauma and abuse) and people who are currently experiencing anxiety and depression.
I offer short, medium, and long-term therapy. If you would like to explore the possibility of psychotherapy with me, I can be contacted by phone or email.
