| 中文 Hello, my name is Yue, I am a qualified bilingual counsellor. Life can be challenging, full of uncertainties, sometimes make us feel out of control. You may feel depressed, empty, anxious or angry; you may find it’s difficult to make sense of things happened on you or others; you may struggle within a relationship or feel lost of meanings. I am here to help by providing a secure, non-judgmental space for you to express. We may focus on the presenting issue or look at how the past and present influence each other, we will identify patterns, triggers or core believes, we work together on this journey of healing and change.
I apply an integrative approach in our work, this means a different type of therapeutic method including person-centred, psychodynamic, attachment theory and CBT for different issues or stages of our work to suit your best needs. I will help you to achieve a realistic level of change, more importantly to focus on the deeper causes behind your difficulties.
I offer session both in person and online via Zoom. We would meet weekly at the same time with each session lasts 50 minutes. I use our initial session to explore your needs and goals, more importantly, it’s a chance for you to assess whether I am the right therapist you could trust and open up to. There is no obligation to continue afterward.
