I can provide you time, space & freedom. A safe space in which you will be heard, understood and can express yourself freely without judgement. Together, we will work on the issues you decide to bring to therapy. Processing events, exploring thoughts, feelings and emotions, & finding new coping techniques and positive ways forward.
