Welcome to Your Space Foundation. Our team of highly qualified therapists have experience of supporting children and young people with various emotional and mental health difficulties, including; anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD & Complex PTSD, self-harm & suicidal ideation, attachment difficulties, disabilities and neurodivergence. We believe that therapy should be tailored to individual needs and preferences. To achieve this our therapists combine play, creative, and talking therapies, such as person centred, systemic and CBT, to make counselling more accessible.
We currently have small pots of funding available in Milton Keynes:
Shenley Church End Counselling Service: funded counselling for 5-18 year olds living in the parish
Building Brigher Futures: supporting 11-18 year olds involved in, or at risk of ASB
Group Walk & Talk: for 18-21 year olds - £10/session
Therapy can be provided at school, online, or from community venues in Milton Keynes, Northampton, Kettering and Wellingborough. Our therapists hold an enhanced DBS check to give you added peace of mind. You can complete a referral on our website, once received we will contact you to discuss support, answer questions and book an appointment.
