Have you ever felt like you don’t belong or that you are so different to others? Whilst I welcome all clients, my experience lies heavily in working with confidence building with people who have or suspect they may be neurodivergent, this can also mean they would like help coping with anxiety and depression, stress related issues, social anxiety, relationship issues and recovering from narcissistic abuse. Anyone who wants more control in their own life, confidence in themselves and their choices this happens I’m here to support you at your own pace for as long as you want to work on them.
I am empathic, warm and empowering. You are at the centre of the work so we focus on you and what you would like to achieve or change, at your own pace. I work creatively as well as being a talking therapist that can help allow words to flow when difficult times or events have happened and highlight areas you may have been unaware were an issue.
You are entitled to support and I would love to offer you the opportunity to come and meet me and experience my counselling space to talk through what you would like support with managing. This is obligation free and allows an impartial decision as to whether you would like to work together if you feel I am right for you and availability allows us.
