I am a qualified Counsellor’ I have gained BA Counselling and psychotherapy in-mental health Degree and a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and psychotherapy’ I am also in ongoing professional training to increase and expand my skills. My counselling approach is essentially person-centered, psychodynamic and transpersonal focusing on the uniqueness, potentiality and self-empowerment of the individual. I also draw on my knowledge and understanding of the psychodynamic (transference), Gestalt, Transactional Analysis (TA) and Cognitive approaches to counselling. I have also gained certificate of suicide prevention.
Principally’ my approach is holistic and emphasises the importance for each individual of finding his or her own meaning, values and inspiration in life. I do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, physical disability, gender or sexual orientation. I am also a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP),

I work with neurodivergent children, young people, and adults, including those who identify as autistic, ADHD, or exploring their neurodivergence.
