My approach is integrative, I offer evidence based therapy and have experience in several specialist psychological models; including CBT, schema therapy, narrative, attachment and trauma-informed approaches. I integrate different approaches tailored to your specific needs helping you work towards developing a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
I will work with you to identify and explore the difficulties you are experiencing and together we will consider what is no longer functioning well for you and find ways of reducing your distress and increase your ways of coping.
