| Español I am a Psychologist (MSc) and Integrative Psychotherapist. I work with couples, adults, and young people, and have experience of working with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, perinatal loss, neurodiversity, ADHD, autism, and dyspraxia. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and dedicate much of my ongoing advanced training to these areas.
In my practice, I help individuals process difficult or traumatic life events and manage overwhelming anxiety and depression. I also help clients understand the emotional and clinical costs of "masking" and "adapting" to our psyche.
I am a Psychologist (MSc) and Integrative Psychotherapist, working with people from all backgrounds, cultures, and genders. While the foundation of my work is Person-Centred—believing that you have the answers within you—I also integrate Psychodynamic, Gestalt, CBT, Mindfulness, Creativity, and Embodiment techniques.
Having the courage to examine our lives sets us free and begins a path of growth and reconciliation with ourselves.
