Do you have relationship issues? I am an experienced Relate trained Couples Counsellor and I can help with a wide range of relationship difficulties. I am person centred and work in collaboration with my clients to help them to find a way to improve their relationships. I also work with couples when one partner may be on the Autistic Spectrum, whether diagnosed or not.
I work with individuals and couples with issues such as depression, anxiety and communication problems. I am happy to accompany clients struggling with life questions, feeling stuck and seeking to find a direction.
