My ideal client often appears to be coping well on the outside, but inside they’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained. They may struggle with people-pleasing, low self-worth, or relationship patterns that leave them feeling unheard or unfulfilled. They want to feel more in control, more connected to themselves, and more confident in how they show up in the world. They’re looking for a space to be truly seen and supported, a space to explore what’s no longer working and begin creating healthier, more fulfilling ways of being.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space to explore what’s holding you back. I work with anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship patterns using a person-centered and trauma-informed approach. Together we can build understanding, heal old wounds, and help you feel more grounded and in control.
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially if you're used to being the one others rely on. I want you to know that whatever you're carrying, you don’t have to hold it alone. Therapy can be a space where you come back to yourself, slowly, gently, and with support. If you're ready to take that first step, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
