I offer a holistic, collaborative approach to therapy, engaging with you actively rather than simply reflecting. My specialties include supporting survivors of childhood abuse, stigmatised minorities, and individuals exploring identity and existential questions like "Who am I?" Together, we’ll work toward clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of self.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but I want to reassure you—there is no right or wrong way to approach it. Just come as you are and allow yourself the space to heal. I would be honoured to accompany you on your journey of self-discovery. To facilitate access to therapy, I offer a sliding scale with fees ranging from £75 to £90 per 50-minute session.
