Welcome to my page! My journey to Spiritual Psychotherapy and Soul Psychology started 30+ years ago during the extensive study of Yoga, Meditation, and Eastern Philosophy. This led me to become a yoga and meditation teacher to assist others to find their way back 'home' to wholeness of body, mind, and spirit. Eventually I was led to a study of western psychological approaches. I am confident that my experience in the fields of spirituality, yoga and psychology has given me a unique opportunity to be able to access broader layers of human psyche to facilitate deeper levels of healing, soul integration, and self-empowerment.
Through psycho-spiritual counselling I assist my clients to reconnect, process, and release their emotional 'baggage' that is often not only linked to our current life, but to our family of origin and past incarnations. I also assist my clients to overcome busy and chatty mind, self-defeating behaviours, develop coping strategies, and improve relationships.
I offer free telephone consultation. For local clients I offer somatic yoga psychography, walk-and-talk therapy, yoga classes and meditation courses.
