I am a registered member of BACP and an Embodied-Relational Integrative Therapist, Facilitator, Space Holder and Founder of Our Naked Truths and the Black Women's Therapy Fund. My invitation is to create a space where you are liberated from trauma, shame and loneliness. Making more room for compassion, courage, communion and healing. I offer space to hold your experiences related to early life, behaviours, feelings, and the emotions influencing your current actions with compassion and acceptance. A non-judgmental space to explore, grow, and gain clarity as you connect with the world and the energy around you.
My work covers a wide range of experiences, including race, identity, trauma inc, complex trauma, child sexual abuse, domestic abuse, racism, gender-based trauma, intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, ableism, homophobia, isolation, and the difficult dynamics that can form within families and relationships.
Rarely do we have opportunities to be witnessed and witness each other. My practice is grounded in relational psychodynamic, body and person-centered psychotherapy. I’m an embodied-relational integrative counsellor who incorporates a trauma-informed approach. I invite you to bear witness to yourself, your experiences, your joy and your pain.
