When courage takes a hit, we question who we are, whether we have what it takes, and whether we are enough. To face the challenges that confront us when we're living our lives, we need to have courage - and full access to our courageousness - so that we can face whatever comes, connect with people and feel a sense of belonging, notice our strengths and whether we overuse or underuse them, and feel like we make a difference in some way, in the world.
