I am a Clinical Psychologist working to support adults, children, young people and their families to understand and make sense of emotional or behaviour issues, and work together using psychological therapy on issues such as depression and low mood, anxiety and panic, OCD, trauma, and low self esteem. I have experience and expertise in working with adults adapting to pregnancy and new parenthood. I can also help with adapting to life events including bullying, bereavement, pre school and school based difficulties, behaviour difficulties associated with ADHD and Autism, parenting advice and family and relationship issues.
