I have been a systemic family psychotherapist since 2007. I have worked in Child and adolescent mental health for over thirty years My areas of expertise are working with families with a range of emotional and psychological issues that impact on relationships, across the age span. I also work with couples and parents who are struggling with their relationship, both as a couple or as a parenting couple. I also offer individual systemic therapy to children and young people as well as adults. I feel systemic family therapy can help with issues about mental health, which include life events and wellbeing difficulties.
