Are you looking for a supportive, empathic space in which to explore psychological or physical pain at a pace that is right for you or an encouraging, empowering space to go within, uncover your truth, take ownership of your story and live your life differently. Whatever you are experiencing all is welcome here.
As an Art Psychotherapist and Environmental Art Therapist, I provide a caring, compassionate and confidential space in a peaceful, natural setting. Art materials are provided to explore whatever you are experiencing, it is also possible to go outdoors and engage with natural materials, or a combination of both. However if you just want to talk thats ok too
With a caring, curious manner I support you to explore through art making and nature, feelings held in the body that are maybe too deep for words, expressing what is unable to be verbalised within a therapeutic relationship, enables awareness that allows your feelings to shift and your life to change for the better
