I am compassionate, non-judgmental counsellor/psychotherapist and trauma therapist. I am fully qualified, experienced and professionally accredited. I am currently focusing on providing EMDR, an effective trauma therapy which can provide immense relief from unwanted images, feelings and thoughts associated with traumatic experiences. My fees are £50-£60 per 50 minute session. In response to COVID-19 I have funding to offer a limited number of free sessions to keyworkers (e.g. medics, professional carers, support workers or others providing 'frontline' services). These lower-cost sessions are provided on a time-limited basis.
