Are you struggling to communicate with your partner, manage arguments, get over a break or discovered an affair? I work integratively, using different theoretical models to support my clients,including EMDR. EMDR is proven to be effective for clients experiencing PTSD, flashbacks and nightmares. I am also experienced in working with clients with eating disorders.

In my practice, I offer psychological assessment, short term counselling and in-depth work to clients who have a wide range of life issues and problems. I work with individuals and couples from many different social and cultural backgrounds. I also psychologically assess clients for rehabilitation and injury management companies and provide relevant treatment. I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS)
