In doing so you can expand your awareness, how to gain a different perspective, create healthy boundaries and help you grow from the inside out. I work with many issues such as depression, anxiety, relationships, grief/loss, I also offer animal assisted therapy to individuals and groups, enabling you to interact with your pet in a different way, helping to support your mental health and well-being.
