Welcome to my page! My journey to Soul Psychology started 30+ years ago during the extensive practice & study of Yoga, Meditation & Eastern Philosophy. This led me to become a Yoga teacher to assist others to find their way back 'home' to wholeness of body, mind, and spirit. Eventually I came to a study of Western Psychology, specifically Psychodynamic, Jungian Archetypes, Synchronicity, Dreams, & Shadow Integration work. I feel that my experience in the fields of yoga, spirituality and psychology has given me the insight to access deeper layers of human psyche to facilitate real & long-lasting self-healing & self-empowerment.

How does mindfulness-based cognitive therapy work?
Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy originated in the work of John Kabat-Zinn of the University of Massachusetts Medical School. What should I expect from mindfulness-based cognitive therapy?
