Since early childhood I had been anxious and depressed and received very little help until I reached 40, was bringing up 4 children and became very concerned about the effect my moods could be having on them.
I studied Transactional Analysis which looks at how our present life -patterns originate in childhood, so , if the client wishes, we look at their childhood to see how it may be affecting their current life, for example in the way they relate to others. The aim is to set people free from anything which may be causing unhappiness or causing low self-esteem.

Perhaps you feel anxious or depressed.
My name is Jon, a UK-registered therapist with 6 years’ experience. My job is NOT to give you cookie-cutter advice or lecture you about what you’re doing wrong and what you ‘should’ do instead. Rather, I am here to help you help yourself get results. For you, that might mean finding a loving spouse, overcoming an addiction, or becoming more confident.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important ingredient for successful therapy. Together we can explore your situation from various perspectives allowing us to make sense of it and develop some solutions. I have 30 years experience of working in the NHS working with a diverse range of problems, most of this has been within Adult mental health, substance misuse and family therapy teams. I have a particular interest in trauma, from complex childhood and relational trauma to one off incidents or accidents or life change and transitional traumas.

Do you find yourself wanting to belong and are not sure how to fit in? Do you feel stuck and are unsure of how to move forwards? Have you found your tribe or community yet? Do you feel like an outsider or disconnected from others? These might just scratch the surface of the questions that may come up, and they are all important in gaining awareness of what might be lying underneath. We all want to feel a sense of belonging and being part of something other than ourselves, which is engrained in the way we interact with the world around us.

Hi! I’m Jen, and I’m a Clinical Psychologist providing evidence-based therapy within a non-judgemental and compassionate space. My speciality is the perinatal period, with a focus on perinatal trauma (including birth trauma or trauma related to e.g. Hyperemesis Gravidarum; HG) perinatal mental health, and perinatal loss. I have often worked with clients going through a range of difficulties including anxiety/ depression, periods where they are struggling to cope or times where they are going through unexpected/significant life changes.
I create a comfortable, compassionate environment in which clients can feel shielded to explore their understanding of themselves, and the situations they find themselves in. Together we work towards identifying and addressing the obstacles which stand in the way of the quality of life you would wish for. You will be received without judgement.

I am experienced working with adults and, children and young people, with issues such as bereavements, self-harm, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, and living with neurodivergence.
Hello I am a qualified counsellor specialising in pluralistic practice. The pluralistic theory is an integrated approach meaning I am comfortable working in different types of therapy, such as person centred, CBT, and solution focused. The pluralistic approach believes that as human’s we are all unique, and therefore therapy should be tailored towards a client’s specific goals and needs, taking their individual experiences and preferences into account. I am passionate about this approach and believe therapy should be a collaborative effort where the client and counsellor work together towards achieving a shared aim.

Does the past still feel present? Whether you’re struggling with old wounds or seeking specialized help for your child, you don’t have to carry the distress alone. As a Medical Doctor and therapist with 20 years of experience, I bridge the gap between clinical expertise and compassionate, informal care. I am an EMDR Europe Accredited Consultant and IFS therapist. I specialize in helping children, caregivers , and adults process trauma effectively. My approach is "purposefully informal"—meaning I prioritize a friendly, safe connection while using powerful tools to help and set goals you set for healing and wellbeing.

Do you ever find yourself wondering why you do the things you do? Maybe making tough decisions feels impossible, or you feel like you keep falling into the same old patterns that hurt you or others. It can be so frustrating to feel stuck. In my practice, I adopt an approach that believes you are not the problem. It’s the influences around you—the relationships, family dynamics, social circles, and even your environment—that shape your experience and well-being. This perspective helps to free clients from self-blame and creates a space where they can explore how external factors may have shaped their experiences, behaviours, emotions

All clients are different. I look to adapt to everyone I meet and am an open person who someone can talk through their issues with. Looking at who you are, how your world is structured and the ifs, wants and needs are all very important in looking to move forward in your life. There is no perfect life, but there is a better life you can understand and work with in going forward.

I am a person centred, trauma informed HCPC registered art therapist who offers a bespoke approach to art therapy sessions, meeting you where you are at and working together to establish your goals and the direction of therapy. You absolutely do not have to be good at art to benefit from art therapy. It is much more about the process of making and your experience of using the materials than the final product. Art making can be a bridge to communication where there are no words, a way of grounding and creating space for mindful reflection.

I'm a highly experienced Consultant Clinical Psychologist and sleep specialist providing evidence-based psychological interventions (including CBT) for a range of difficulties including insomnia, adult ADHD, anxiety, work-related stress and burnout, trauma, depression, OCD, health anxiety, phobia, self-esteem issues and relationship difficulties.
Psychological support is about investing in you. Life can be chaotic, intense, confusing, and we can be left feeling disconnected from ourselves, our lives, and the people around us. Sometimes we just need some space to stop and think. Psychological support is also about developing a deeper understanding of yourself - who you are, what you need, what matters to you. For others, it's about building on existing skills - how to get more out of relationships, improving communication, being more assertive, boosting your sleep and performance, learning to be the best version of yourself.

Hello! My name is Sebastyan Faemoore. I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), based in South Wales. I believe every person is doing the best they can with the tools they have. Sometimes those tools are not quite enough for the challenges they face. Given the right environment, time, and support, a person can develop new tools, grow, adapt, and learn to trust themselves again. That’s what I would hope to provide for you: a space where you can work out what tools you need, and what direction you want your life to take.
