I am a BACP accredited counsellor and supervisor with extensive experience in the field of counselling and psychotherapies. I deliver mental health awareness sessions in a variety of organisations and guest lecture at u My line of expertise include: working with Trauma/PTSD, sexual abuse, self-harm, Domestic Abuse, issues concerning gender, identity and sexuality, anxiety and depression. You may have existing experiences of counselling, or be completely new to counselling, nonetheless I am here to support you with any worries you may be having.
