I am an experienced, accredited and qualified counsellor and counselling supervisor. I will work with you to overcome challenges in your life in a supportive and effective way by providing a safe and non-judgemental environment where you will feel comfortable and able to speak openly in order to work constructively and collaboratively together to help you reach your goals by understanding your life experience. In addition to my strong Person-Centred approach to therapy I use several other therapeutic models to support my work, including CBT and Psychodynamic approaches to help clients with many issues like depression and anxiety.
