I run a down-to-earth humanistic practice where my practice aims to help you feel relaxed and supported enough to share your difficulties with me.

I help my clients with feelings of anxiety and depression, relationship issues, feelings of overwhelm, stress, family breakdowns, loss of loved ones, environmental changes, new family setups, and adults coping with children with neurodivergence. Each person's story is valid and its effects are profound, far-reaching, and can affect every facet of our lives.

We all experience unique challenges in life that affect our coping abilities. Collaboratively we can explore a tailor-made way of working to help build self-esteem, and autonomy and look at coping strategies for you to use long after our sessions together.
