I am an Integrative Counsellor which means that I use different models of therapy to best suit your specific needs. I have worked over 30 years as a counsellor within the NHS, further education and private practice.
I have carried out extensive research into The Transition into Motherhood, leading me to recognise the immensity and complexity of emotions that can arise.
I specialise in working with: infertility, peri and post natal issues and post natal depression. I have carried out 30 years of research into pregnancy and early months of having a baby. I also specialise in: low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, past issues, work related stress, bullying and relationships
