Trauma Therapy Service of the Year 2024 - Hampshire, awarded by Global Health & Pharma. I am a BACP registered Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Supervisor, and Trainer (register number 333403) working in Winchester, and online. I have experience working with a wide range of issues with clients, and am particularly passionate about working with clients who have experienced early attachment disruption, trauma or abuse, including transgenerational / childhood / adulthood abuse, have a personality disorder diagnosis, experience dissociation / have a dissociative disorder, experience self harm or suicidal feeling, thoughts, or impulses.
My initial training (BA degree) was in Integrative Counselling, offering a variety of ways of working with clients. I have subsequently trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy and advanced training (Masters degree) in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy. I also have extensive training specialising in working with trauma.

Groups
Trauma Recovery Group
In addition to offering individual therapy, I also offer group sessions at a reduced cost. This group is for individuals with a lived experience of trauma, working towards recovery. Potential group members will need to attend an initial individual session to assess readiness for the group and will usually be expected to have done previous personal therapy. Individual therapy may be suggested as an alternative. There will be a maximum of 5 group members + therapist, and is dependent on having at least 3 group members to run. Expected start date early May 2022.
