Our counselling session on offer can focus on issues such as the following: Bereavement, anxiety & depression, body & gender dysmorphia, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, low self-esteem & self-confidence, abuse, family issues, relationship breakdowns, crisis counselling, LGBT+ issues, trauma. Our view is that the relationship between the client and the counsellor is integral in developing a therapeutic approach tailored specifically to the individual. You can work with us in confidence that we can both find out exactly what you need.
I offer clients a confidential space to explore whatever difficulties they may be facing in life, together with acceptance, warmth and a non-judgemental manner. I offer both long and short term counselling.
