Hello, I offer psychotherapy both on-line and face-to-face therapy. I offer session to help people find their purpose and meaning in life. I work with depression, anxiety, trauma, identity. I have worked in the NHS, universities, and have been in private practice for over 20 years.
I specialise in matters relating to personal identity, belonging, bereavement, loss, the legacy of absent fathers and trauma around sexual abuse. I run a clinic on Wednesdays and Fridays. I am an integrative counsellor, and work with mindfulness techniques, grounding, journaling, exploring how our early attachments influence our current choices & behaviour
Therapy is a very particular journey. And often we can feel overwhelmed and lost in confusion as we feel that our lives have not gone according to plan, or we have not been able to process trauma or difficult situations in our lives. However there is hope, guidance and reassurance that things will change in our journey together.
