I have a wide variety of experience working with both individuals and couples in the private, charitable and NHS sectors. Helping to create an atmosphere that best enables clients to bring their issues into the counselling room and then assisting them in understanding and working through the issues in order to resolve them.
Having successfully completed my original training in Integrative counselling at Roehampton University I went on to specialise as a psychosexual and relationship counsellor after completing a 2 year Diploma validated by Middlesex University. I work with both individuals and couples with a wide variety of sexual and relational difficulties.
Often one of the hardest parts of therapy is realising that you have an issue that is negatively impacting you and making a decision to reach out for help.
