With twenty years experience in the field, I offer highly skilled psychotherapy to individuals and groups in my private practice. I am also Lead Psychotherapist for a specialist NHS service in West London treating adults with severe, complex and enduring mental health problems. Within the NHS I manage and supervise other psychologists and psychotherapists as well as well as providing specialist consultation and treatment. In my private practice, I work with a wider range of people experiencing everything from mental and emotional distress to major life changes as well as those who are seeking to make more meaning in their lives.
I provide a very safe and supportive environment in which you can make positive changes to your way of being - in relation to yourself, others and the wider world. I work through both verbal exploration and more creative, embodied and expressive techniques. My aim in this is to support you to access your own innate wisdom and personal sense of direction.
All potential clients can have a free fifteen minute telephone consultation before deciding whether or not to attend an initial assessment session in which we will explore your reasons for seeking counselling or psychotherapy and what approach (group or one-to-one) will be most appropriate. This way you can be sure that you are getting the right approach.

Psychodrama Psychotherapy Group
A dynamic, creative, playful, and embodied psychotherapy group, using the powerful method of psychodrama. Psychodrama is the oldest form of group psychotherapy, having been developed by world-renowned psychiatrist and social scientist, JL Moreno, in Vienna in the 1920's. Psychodrama is inherently trauma-informed as well as being a transpersonal and existential approach to psychotherapy. We work with the here-and-now encounter between group members, helping participants to make sense of their place in the world. Psychodrama allows people to make profound, creative changes in their lives, in relation to themselves, to others, and to the wider world.
