Hi, I'm Will. I'm a highly trained and experienced clinical psychologist, having worked as a senior psychologist and borough lead for a specialist NHS mental health team. I have a successful record of helping people with anxiety, depression, trauma, loneliness, and hopelessness who have found standard therapy and medication to be unhelpful. I help people to recognise and respond to experiences that previously felt overwhelming and untouchable. I realise that for some people, sitting in an office is very challenging. So, as well as offering standard in person and online therapy, I also work outdoors with people, walking side by side.

I use three therapies: Ecotherapy, ACT, and DBT. Ecotherapy connects us to the world and our place in it. ACT helps us to find meaning and then do what we need to, even when it feels hard. DBT teaches us clear and effective skills to manage difficult emotions and behaviours. With these 3 you can connect to the world, yourself, and build a life worth living.

London has lots of great green spaces. I mainly work out of Hampstead Heath, Whitewebbs Park, and the Walthamstow Wetlands. I also have an office in Highbury Fields that allows for more standard therapy with the option of going for a walk in the park.
