I'm a UKCP registered psychotherapist in training. My training incorporates mindfulness and has a psychodynamic approach that places the relationship between therapist and client at the heart of transformative change and healing. I seek to create a safe, empathic and non-judgemental space for you to explore whatever difficulties you are currently working with. I aim to connect and work with you to help you understand your present moment experience, and what may be underlying any distress or suffering in your life. This understanding can help identify where you feel stuck and what you may need to heal and thrive.
I've worked as a staff grade psychiatrist in mental health services for the past 5 years and so have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds with a range of mental health challenges.
