Therapy can be hard. I get it; I've been there, but it doesn't have to be. I work collaboratively, so you don’t have to know what to do, or what to say. We’ll work through whatever you’re facing, at your pace.
I’ve been on both sides of the counselling room, so I know how tough it can be just getting started, but I believe by working collaboratively, you can get what you need from therapy. You don’t have to have all the answers, you just have to turn up, and be willing to talk things through. I want to get to know you, and understand your story, to figure out how I can help you work through whatever you’re dealing with.
