I mainly work with men under pressure who may look capable and composed on the outside, but privately know something is not right. Many are in high-pressure roles or lead demanding lives, and are used to being the one others rely on. They often come to counselling when stress, burnout, trauma, anxiety, emotional shutdown, shame, or strain in their relationships has started to catch up with them.
I offer grounded, plain-speaking counselling for men under pressure. My approach is calm, human, and properly held, with space for honest conversation about stress, burnout, trauma, shame, emotional shutdown, and relationship difficulties. I keep my practice deliberately small so I can offer the work proper attention.
If you have been carrying a lot for a long time, you do not need to have everything worked out before reaching out. I try to offer a calm, private space where men can speak honestly, without feeling judged, and begin to make sense of what is going on.
