I am a highly trained Life coach and and have worked both in the Charity sector and in Private Practice. I help clients who are experiencing mental health difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues and I also use Psychometric Analysis to develop and improve Executive/business positions and work/life balance. My clients are often looking for a non-judgmental and safe listening space to express their concerns. I help clients pinpoint the root of their issue, use tools and coping mechanisms to improve and implement long term solutions.
I use an integrative therapeutic plan which encompasses a variety of methods tailored to each individual. Methods used include, person centered techniques, Cognitive behavioral approach, Life Coaching, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and guided Meditation . I believe all clients are unique in their recovery plan.
It isn't always easy to make those first steps, especially when we aren't feeling our best, however I encourage clients to get in touch as soon as possible if they are looking to improve their quality, happiness and success in life.
