Together, by communicating their inner worlds through art, sandtray work and through play, we can put words to their distress, build self-regulation and coping skills, process their experiences and make the changes necessary to help them thrive.
I work closely with mums and dads to give you insight into why your child is behaving the way they are, how best to support them and to equip you with skills to recognise/manage any unhelpful behavioural patterns.
