I provide counselling for Children, Adolescents, Adults, Couples and Families. I am trained in the person centred approach, which involves listening to her clients with empathy allowing her clients to talk creatively in a safe, confidential and dependable environment. The approach is non-directive and puts the client at the heart of the therapeutic process and allows you to set your own pace, one that you are comfortable with. Through a therapeutic relationship based on trust and mutual respect Wendy will provide a warm, confidential and non-judgmental space for you to explore difficult feelings.
