Hi my name is Wendy and I understand it can be difficult to approach someone for support especially if you are feeling overwhelmed with emotions . We all face challenges in life, some of which we can easily manage while others we find ourselves struggling with and needing greater support. No matter what difficulties you are having or how large or small it feels, I can offer you the time and place for you to explore your feelings and emotions, to find acceptance and understanding in a trusted relationship. At a pace to suit you we can work together in making the changes in your life that can help you feel more in control and at ease
I am a Person Centred and Experiential Psychotherapist and use an integrative approach to help and support you to find the direction you would like to follow. I also support attachment difficulties in both children and adults and when working with children and their families or carers use Theraplay and DDP skills.
Please get in touch to book your 30 minute introduction session where we can meet each other and talk through how I can support you with the changes you want to make. I offer face to face, video and telephone sessions for all age groups.There is no charge for the introduction session as this gives us a chance to meet and for you to get a feel for the therapy
