I am an MBACP Registered, Relate trained relationship counsellor and psychosexual therapist. I am experienced at working with couples and individuals at every stage in a relationship and am qualified in supporting people with a wide range of sexual issues and dysfunctions. I work with a wide range of problems including communication difficulties, anxiety, depression, divorce, affairs, self esteem, grief, issues of trust, difficulties with the wider family, cultural differences, intimacy issues and sexual dysfunction.
My aim in counselling is to provide you with a safe, caring, confidential and supportive space to allow couples and individuals to explore and understand themselves and their relationship. I offer friendly effective counselling for couples and individuals either face-to-face in my private office in Wells or via Zoom.
I am specially trained to help you feel at ease, to remove any blocks to communication and to support you in overcoming whatever problems you may be facing in your relationship or sex life. Counselling will offer you time and space to reflect on your patterns of behaviour and to help you understand why you feel and respond the way you do.
