Hi, I’m Wendy. I’m a warm, friendly, and approachable counsellor and my aim is to help you make sense of what’s going on in your life. There are lots of reasons you might be thinking about starting counselling. You might feel stuck, lost, overwhelmed, worried, anxious, lonely, low, or maybe you’re coping with a big life change. Whatever’s brought you here is valid, and your situation is completely unique. I offer a safe, calm, and non-judgmental space where you can explore the challenges you’re facing and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

One of the biggest misconceptions about counselling is that you need to be in crisis before you seek support. In reality, counselling can be helpful long before things reach that point. I offer a space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood and we will move at a pace that suits you, meeting you wherever you are.

Each counselling session then lasts 50 minutes, and both short and long-term therapy is available, depending on your needs. I offer an initial free 30-minute telephone conversation, which allows us to get to know each other, helps me understand your individual needs, and assess how I will be able to help.
