Have you found yourself battling with some difficult or confusing feelings? Maybe a relationship is causing you concern but you don’t know how to make things different or better. Family and friends can be a great support, but a lot of the time the people in our lives think they know what we should do, offer solutions from their perspective, or judge us for the decisions we make. Together we will explore what is troubling you at a pace that’s right for you. I hope you will quickly find that you can trust me and feel safe and accepted.
I have over twenty years of experience working therapeutically with people from a wide range of age groups, backgrounds and beliefs. I am a qualified person centred therapist and I believe the relationship we build is key to facilitating healing and growth.
I have undertaken counselling myself and understand that this can bring about feelings of vulnerability, but also how supportive and healing it can be. I offer a free 20 minute phone call where I can explain more fully what you can expect, while you tell me a little about what brings you to counselling. Duration of sessions: 1 hour.
