Our work pays attention to what is happening in your life now, while also making sense of deeper patterns and meanings. We do this by gently making space for what needs to emerge. This can be accompanied by tears, rage and/or laughter. Everything is welcome. There is no "right" way to do therapy.

Clients often come when talking alone has not shifted things. You do not need clarity or a plan. We begin where you are and work in a way that supports grounded, lasting change.
