Hello! My name's Ian, I've worked with a variety of issues, but some that stand out include anxieties about life stage transitions and imbalances in significant relationships. Whatever the cause of your worries and distress in the moment, it is important that you are able to identify how you are feeling and why you are feeling that way. Our emotions in the present are inextricably tied to the past, and to untangle that knot, we need to first know which string we're pulling on before we chase it to the source.
As a Person-Centered counsellor our sessions are tailored to help you develop your self-esteem so you have the ability to identify your true feelings about something, then enact change in your life. Your understanding of the events and emotions of your past can be reevaluated and new understandings achieved that can inform your future emotional growth.
