Im an integrative counsellor with experience supporting individuals with neurodivergence, learning disabilities, palliative care, bereavement, and long-term illness. My background also includes counselling in areas such as anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, addiction, domestic abuse & more.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic models such as Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, CBT, Grief Therapy, Trauma informed and Creative Therapy so that together, we can find the approaches that feel right for you. I will offer tools, wellbeing strategies, and psychoeducation, always tailored to your needs. Not one method fits all.
