Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, unable to cope with the impact of trauma or struggling to find your way through a difficult period in life, being truly heard and accepted is incredibly powerful. Working with both adults and young people, I create a safe space where you or your child can come as you are, without needing to mask, minimise or have everything figured out. Neuro-affirming and gender-affirming, I welcome people from all backgrounds, identities and lived experiences. Everyone is unique, so therapy will be shaped around your needs, drawing on approaches which feel comfortable for you every step along the way.
With extensive experience in mainstream education and SEND settings, I understand the current challenges faced by young people and their families and the impact this can have. I specialise in supporting adults and young people with neurodiversity, loss, health conditions, visible difference and also professionals managing career-related stress and burnout.
Reaching out for counselling can feel daunting - you don’t need to have the right words or know exactly where to start. At the heart of all my work is kindness, as therapy should be a place to slow down, connect and feel empowered to find your own way of thriving and moving forward with self-compassion and self- awareness.
